If you wish to return an item, please send an e-mail to alert us that the merchandise is being returned and why it is being returned; it must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returned items must be insured and must be properly packaged to ensure it arrives undamaged. Your refund will be made when the returned merchandise is received undamaged and will be made to the credit card used or by company cheque, if paid by cheque.
